I think it's what his wife was saying. He doesn't want to confront Avinash. He understands what's happening but if he starts calling it out toh kalesh hoga and he'll have to fight with Avinash. Avinash KV ki tarah bas tauntbazi tak limited nahi rahega. Maybe he just doesn't want to rock the boat in the house, fir iska comfort stay jo chal raha hai wo kharab ho jayega
