I think he’s stretched things out for sure..and some of these overly touchy romantic gestures between Sadaf and Ammar look like they have been added in by Haseeb. I don’t think the story itself and Bilal’s one-sided love is something he changed. That’s the whole premise of the show. I think Sadaf will obviously love him back, she just has to fall flat on her face first.

Despite my frustrations with the show at the moment, I still think Wahaj has managed to shine in this. His absence from these episodes just opened my eyes to the fact that he was able to uplift this show. I think that also has to do with how his character is written. I feel he excels in emotional scenes so I’m satisfied with being able to see that. I just want justice for his character and I need to be able to root for his love.

SMD is completely Wahaj's show and Bilal Abdullah's play..!! This show is nothing without him.

I am happy for Wahaj because at least people have appreciated him and his solo reels were going viral in insta

SMD should end as soon as possible ...can't tolerate this shit anymore literally I dont understand what is happening in the show..either I am dumb or the makers are dumb there is nothing in between.

In PTV writers have to give freehand to the directors,they dont have any other option...KRQ always say that he doesn't allow anyone to change his scripts but I think this isn't possible at all in PTV as I've seen IVs of many writers

I doubt KRQ was involved that much with SMD . He didn't even bother writing the OST which he usually does for his shows.

Hard fact but Wahaj had more screen time in Mein than in SMD.

Even I feel like he wasn't involved with SMD much..because from casting to song lyrics,he is usually involved in everything.. he didn't even speak about SMD in any of his interview.

I would blame entirely Haseeb and Geo channel for the mess that has been created

I have a suspicion that in the original script , Bilal and Sadaf's relationship wasn't romanticised so much. Humsha and Ammar were equal protagonists too. What we got are all promotional strategy by Haseeb and Kadwani.

If you ask me, I would say end the show here itself. Bilal will live in Singapore..away from these toxic ppl, managing his businesses, sulking in his gham at times and occasionally visiting Pakistan to be at his dad’s kabr. That’s all he’s got in this life.

I think the same..I see no character arc in Sadaf...she doesn't deserve to be paired opposite Bilal..

Seriously PTV used to be so good once upon a time,you would feel bad for both male and female leads..but now its so kachra..SMD mein Bilal ko hero dikhane ke liye Sadaf ki character aur baaki characters ki dhachiya uda diya hai

Honestly the show could have just ended the day Sadaf and Ammar got married . Bilal accepting that Sadaf was never his , would have gone back to Singapore and Humsha would have ended up all alone.
