They were keeping people on the hook, if it was BSP, Abhira would have stayed in Poddar house but would have maintained distance from Armaan because her motherly instict wouldn't have let her go anywhere

Also she didn't do pooja for the baby that was first clue

Abhira's questions to Armaan were correct, it wasn't a mistake, he did everything deliberately, he kept lying to her and worst, he is still lying to her by hiding the whole truth

He is still his favourite as Rajan has given him many roles in his shows and has given his character a prominent role in this new season when Goenka’s should’ve really been phased out long back.

There is areason why fossil goenkas were retained since abheera had no relationship with birlas so they were phased out n fossils were retained just because of the relationship otherwise abheera ka baap had no one of his own from family to be retained.
