Yes, Hiba was not nominated for any category....only nominations Jhanak got was for Krushal in popular actor category and the best Director category for Jhanak ka director.

The nominations were weirdly done so I don't think it's a slight on Hiba in anyway otherwise she automatically deserved a nomination for being the lead of a top 2 show....but nominations had totally random people....best actress had both Gen 3 and Gen 4 FLs of YRKKH nominated....lol and even jury nominations were damn weird.

No..my guess is channel is not excited to promote Jhanak show atp...receiving backlash for it left, right and centre!

LOL no, I don't think it has anything to do with channel....ITA nominations and awards usually depend on a mix of personal PR and PH doing some kind of advocacy for the show. This PH has never done any advocacy for Jhanak....lol bas milestones celebrate karne ke liye cake kaat lete hain but other than that there is no attempt to hype the show/characters anywhere cuz story doesn't lend itself to that

In this case, I guess somehow Krushal's performance and the work of the Jhanak director broke through enough that ITA waale organically nominated them....warna I don't see Krushal having any PR in place to promote himself so this is an achievement to get a nomination even without that.

Ani is right in that Jhanak is fully capable of lying (he's seen it himself), but attributing her refusal to admit she messaged Aditya to her being shy? Seriously? When has Ani ever witnessed a shy Jhanak?

Ani's most cringeworthy moment has to be when he apologizes to Arshi and his family... couldn't stand it!

But he wasn't wrong at all when he said proposing to Jhanak was a mistake. I fully agree, both of them should stay away from each other so that we can have our peace too!

BTS ended with some dialogues about Jhanak's decision... her walking out followed by Appu asking Ani what have you done... Hopefully, Jhanak just walks off into oblivion and doesn’t make a comeback. But no such mukti for us, I know....

@bold: He is likely saying this cuz AK put that thought in his head that Jhanak is feeling too shy to tell him about her decision to marry AK....that is what AK said to him at the shraadh that Jhanak sharma rahi hai tumhein yeh bataane se and I guess wahaan se hi Ani ka dimaag ghooma hua hai. He's just seeing red and spewing kuch bhi bakwaas in anger.

LOL both Ani and Jhanak are very well capable of lying....but this excuse makes no sense on the heels of Jhanak being shown grieving for her father's death....literally no one is factoring in that point ki she is in the middle of grieving for her father but ismein bhi she will LIE about planning her shaadi with AK? Kuch bhi....the MU is beyond contrived and lame.

If you think Ani was wrong to propose to Jhanak, then why are you saying this story is about his journey of developing unconditional trust?.....how will that supposed trust develop simply by them staying away from each other?

Haan Ani might feel hurt over it but it won't change the truth that she will never consider him her own and will always use the labels of ehsaan etc. to devalue the angle of love from what he does for her.

Yes, on one level she shows a kind of arrogant haq on him that she feels she can call him to her at any time when she feels and she can threaten Arshi that if she wanted, she could haasil karo Ani with the snap of her fingers....but that is still not the kind of haq where you consider someone your own....it shows an awareness of the power she holds over him but doesn't show any indication that she considers him belonging to her. By contrast, Ani has always felt that Jhanak belongs to him, that is why he feels so hurt over the idea of her with some other man.

Bold - I can’t describe this better than in my earlier post that in relationships owning up is shown differently by people. Ani also used that haq over her in the past but obviously their dynamics is a bit iffy now so he moves gingerly with her now but for Jhanak it’s just her warped mind thinking that if I don’t formalise the relationship all is ok.. and he still is mine. I am saying that in the character development ideally these flaws would taken care of but ofc now I don’t hope for anything.

Ani hasn’t exactly cottoned on to her actual dilemma about why she holds him at bay… she has only now started articulating the point that she doesn’t want to be the cause of their split. It’s only when he will get that barrier will he be able to surmount it. By saying she can’t break what is broken may seem like a balm to a lay person but not to one who has angst over identity issues. It is also a gridlock point in the story… When she was assuming she was pregnant, she was able to get over the dilemma immediately cos one of her bigger issue took precedence. Her survival instinct took over. But Leena tripped the viewer with this Shristi nonsense so she is back to square one and so unless there is a big trigger she won’t climb down that high ground. If it makes her a stupid character I would say so be it.. dilemmas can only be broken when faced with different dilemma. Ani will also face a dilemma soon enough for him to get a taste of why walking out is a process that involves catching the bull by the horn.. sometimes you can’t escape confrontation else someone will always walk over you. I always envisaged a stage in the story when she will be ready to accept wholeheartedly he might find himself tied down, in other words face a dilemma.

But that said… this current writing currently will only appeal to the lowest common denominator.. nothing recognised as an arc in the journey cos regression happens at will.. Characters alsi nahin likhi jaati

Nahin saabit hoga yeh sach....kuch din mein sab bhool jaayenge yeh incident and will be focused on BBG ka murder case instead

Only those truths get revealed which have potential for Jhanak to face punishment...is case mein kyun kisi ko farak padega since issue is just about Adinak ki shaadi
