Shows how well the writers have dealt with the lowest point in the show, when even the fans have to put a disclaimer: "Not for the cover pic". ☢️

Low points are important in any story / show... but how one treats it matters a lot. Its said stories run along some archetypes and it can be said that most Indian stories have Dharma v/s Adharma as their base theme (as against Order v/s Chaos in western ones)... which sometimes gets translated (in a cringe way) to 'sanskaari' v/s 'non-sanskaari'.

Respect the archetype, the story will come out good... don't pay heed to it and one is on their own, perhaps lost - likely where the writers find themselves.

While it is fine to show the protagonists do the adharmic thing - (they aren't writing about superheroes or Gods after all) - such an event must be handled well enough to 'transform' the perpetrator. Sure, both the ML (and FL) in Katha went through that journey from wrong to right... so did RS Abhi (and Pragya) in kkb... Virat ... though? questionable. and we have Amruta saying "you did nothing wrong".

During that mela week zee was using the thumbnail for show of V backhug A in yellow saree Like love marriage horahi ho

In not just abt ML and FL in KA.But other characters ki life and unke bare mein bhi hai whether its friend,parents,kid or in-laws are also shown un sab ka equation with lead pairs.

But shows were quite modern long time back and now it feels backward ja rahe hai rather then forward

And i want to ask of there are 2 guy then dosra SML ko bura kyun batate hain .Why can't he also be good

In that new show Jaane anjaane also buss chori hai but they have showed it properly i mean their is will and such things.

But when we watched abhiraj for many ep we didn't knew ushka plan kya hai

Yes, they have shown the flashbacks very nicely. They have very cleverly shown few scenes and hidden few other scenes to keep the mystery intact. In this way, during the final reveal, the viewers can piece everything together. That's a good screenplay. 🙂🙂

ML ya FL ke ex jo bhi hein why should they be negative? And ready to drop anything they are doing in their lives to intervene in the leads lives.

He was nice guy he left his rich family for her Love marriage thi unki.He passed away in accident.Woh dono more filmy dikhaye teh.Unki register marriage scene was so funny Catholic custom se shaadi kar rahe teh and playing pledge on mobile.U may kiss the bride register ka reaction was funny

And ML is not jealous when hearing abt husband from FL admire karke sunrahe hai

I remember an old show the FL liked the guy and also the guy family dadaji like her too for ML but she said she doesn't want to impose her feeling on ML.Respect

Not only was Katha's ex-husband a nice guy, there story was a classic romance novel. Met in college and fell in love; he fell first, she fell harder. She proposed him in gurudwara(beautifully depicting love and devotion are one and the same). He belonged to a rich family and his Dad was against accepting Katha, though his Mom was fine with it. He left his family and wealth to marry Katha. They had a beautiful life which became perfect after their son was born. Everything was perfect until the accident when he tragically passed away. Even after his death, he was always part of Katha's life - in her thoughts, in her memories, and even in mundane activities. Katha never really moved on from her husband, even though it had been around 6-7 years since he passed away.

The first time Katha feels something for the ML is depicted in a very heart touching way. I don't want to give any spoilers for @Annu but it was a mixed emotion - excitement, nervousness and loads of guilt. The actress acted it out so beautifully. The entire monologue and her acting was top notch.

The best part is even when the ML and FL started dating, Katha never hid anything about her past and even was comfortable enough to discuss about his ex husband with the ML. The ML was secure enough to accommodate not only her memories of her husband but also became a father figure to her son. That's how matured they are as individuals and as a couple.😍😍

Yup. Maryaada purushottam tag in Valmiki Ramayan (book) is something I came to know isn't there.

Been listening to Ami Ganatra's talks on Ramayan and Mahabharat... dont remember which specific video she mentions. [Think the tag came up in Ramcharitmanas.]

Long time back I had also heard that Sita in Valmiki Ramayan is much more assertive and questioning than how she is shown in Ramcharitmanas (where she seems to be more docile). [I haven't read them yet though... so this is second hand info.]

I saw ramayana Tv old og wala didn't read the book but even if its not in book his character was like that.He always respected the existing tradition (Maryada) of that time.

Oh.. then listen to some talks she has in some podcasts (YT). Mujhe bhi thode misconceptions they about Ram.. bohot kuch clear ho gaya (in a good way of course).
