Because Bhaggu was already safe and she already got to save Avinash/Vivian. In her priority list, no one else remained. She could have saved Shilpa, but she chose not to. smiley36

He needed 3 votes to get nominated - only KV and DV decided to nominate him, so he is safe.

KV's group is useless - Chum and Shilpu play it very safe.
