She gets emotional incessantly. That's the reason behind her taking wrong decisions in few situations otherwise she uses her brain to the fullest . Being emotional doesn't mean that a person is dumb. Log emotional hote tab jyaada soch nahin paate. Minds in remains in the inner turmoil whenever you emotional even the supremely intellectual person will not take right decisions during their emotional moments.

Log aksar emotional logon ko dumb sanjh lete . It's a misconception.
