Looks like it, but the scenes were very haphazard for mystery.... This is one linking episode I feel before the main story begins next week.

I've noticed generally actors don't reveal if they are negative in PTV. Either they are told by the production house or director. I guess they don't want to give away the plot.

The plot was very obvious from the teasers though....🤷 Him tricking a woman, spiking her drink and taking her to a room is enough to make him a villain
