Abhira’s job does not necessitate the baby’s presence in court. In fact, it was highly unprofessional for her to be on trial while feeding the baby, especially while one of the parties was testifying.
Bringing the child into such a setting was reckless, considering the high-risk nature of her job. Most lawyers and high-profile professionals take precautions, such as hiring bodyguards, precisely because they understand the potential dangers associated with their work.
Abhira did not want to take the baby to court. She was forced to do so because none of the Poddar morons (including mahaan baap nikkama) was ready to care for the child for a few hours. They were trying to strong-arm her into sitting at home by not caring for the baby for some time. Blame them for that, not a mother and a working woman who had to look for alternatives to tend to her child while doing her job.
