I dnt think Karan and Avinash hv any real rivalry. They even try not to nominate each other many times. And Avinash kaafi bolta hai.....bhai apna toh clear hai and Karan always say.....Avinash acha ladka hai ( recently also during dt nomination whn everyone was behaving shocked ke Avinash nominate ho gya )

So yeah I dont think koi pura tagda rivalry jaisa kuch hai inka. They just had dt tiff during first task and tab se they keep going at each other.

I think Sara didn't let kv sleep in night as esha and Avinash are saying raat ko uth k kya jarurat thi baat karne ki. Esha saying Sara told her in task she will not allow kv to sleep in night.So it means Sara planned it all.
