According to Simran ka Raj, Madhav sa and Rohit reach the kidnappers with cops, but Abhira rescues the baby before that.

Madhav and Rohit's combined uselessness isn't saving anyone that's obvious smiley39

According to Raj, there is one pakka scene of Abhir and Abhira in the park.....but they have shot two versions of the rescue scene. One with Abhira fighting goons and another with Abhir helping her, so any of the two will make to the final cut.
