SMD is mocked for the less trps, altho they are aware that jn didn't get high trps either. Everyone is aware that Ary is dominating every slot, whether it be daily soap or prime time dramas, and that Geo is in its disaster phase.

Getting trps during a competitive slot when one of the shows has already captured the audience is really more challenging than doing so during in a non competitive slot. If smd would have aired only on Sundays, I'm sure it might have easily received double digit ratings.

Saturday’s rating of every show used to be lesser overall than other days of the week before NJ started getting numbers in double digits.

I feel like if Nadeem baig directed smd it would have been a blockbuster. Krq and Haseeb aren't clicking. Maya and Wahaj don't have many scenes, the existing scenes are so ott and dialogues are absurd. Whats written in paper didnt transcended on screen

I think they have a really good chemistry tbh. SMD's views are low coz Geo overall is down plus SMD is slow paced with an old school vibe which not many connect with. A show where leads barely met is still gaining good views on YT coz Wahaj and Maya indeed shined in the little scenes they had together.

But then again chemistry and pairings are subjective as per me.

SMD’s set up & plot is very gloomy. Who would watch when you are not providing entertainment? It’s also not about the pair. Wahaj’s superior pair couldn’t get numbers for their other show. Those fans could have contributed on youtube at least.

That's the case with all shows tbh, most post higher ratings following their own parameters! 8 was posted by ARY. Point is that the ratings improved while the views are pretty good on TV...improvement in ratings is what I pointed out!
