if she acted on her own accord & tried to spoil the baby's namkaran with ashubh nonsense , then she was komolika but here the big hearted Mr arman poked her ke baby ka naam toh ruhi rakhegi 
If they don't show ruhi as evil & if she pines for her child & be loving to the baby , won't arman look like a villain here ? So it's the opposite . They're trying to glorify the theft.
