Game wise......yes fair hai DV ka punishment dena bhi.
But I would still stick to them trying to corner DV and show he is incompetent.

It was shown in the episode that Diggy refused to do ANY duties. Pehlay he refused to do bathroom, the next morning VD took DV to the side, and very nicely asked him which duty he would like to do if not bathroom. DV said now I won’t do any duty. VD asked him if he was sure, DV said yes very sure I won’t do anything. And then DV didn’t do any duties in that week. Even Rajat didn’t do any duties. Not only this, DV and Rajat also threw away VD’s blanket etc and made a mess of his clothes. And obviously took his bed. So yeh sabse barra jhoot hai ke DV did any duties!
