I’m guessing Bilal won’t know about Sadaf saying yes to Ammar right away. That scene (which is apparently in Sadaf’s house) with Bilal and Sadaf being dragged away has Bilal staring at Sadaf. He must not know there although if Humsha knows, she would tell him right away. Whatever it is, he’s at a point there where he is feeling bold enough to take a step forward. think the mom’s words and Zaviyaar’s trust gave him the confidence he needed.
