And there is no likes of Danish. Danish is a hit machine as of today. His shows get views.

There are many other actors like HAA, AAA they are doing "good" commercial shows, but no one is watching those. Views on a social based drama is even low. What's the impact of critical projects if no one is interested in watching those.

I would say that as of now only DT has proved that he can get huge views on all 3 channels: ARY, GEO, and Hum. It's easier to get views on ARY & Geo than Hum TV, as they have 15–17 million more subscribers than Hum TV. Wahaj has yet to prove that he can get views on Hum TV, and we will only know that if he does a drama with Hum TV.

HAA and AAA apparently don't take on roles that allows them room to perform..i read that in SMD thread.. it seems that any critically acclaimed or commercially reliable actors and shows are constantly dragged there...essentially to elevate the global superstar who single handedly is responsible for the success of his shows with his avant garde acting style.. all the while catering to the niche cerebral audience who "appreciates" deep philosophical shows ..

Wahaj has established his start power

star power and success of drama are two different things .

even globally successful actor can deliver mediocre . case in point Mann jogi and gentleman. atleast sunn mere dil is performing better

TB was huge hit in India so obviously optimistic people will give a try

Wahaj did gain popularity but i wont consider smd as doing any good to Wahaj rather it's reducing his credibility how long will they continue watching his shows

Smd was a bad decision for wahaj ,12 episodes are enough to know that

but I won't question wahaj's decision of signing SMD wahaj has struggled alot to get chance of working with big names of industry.

there was a time he played second fiddle infront of Yasir nawaz and Faisal qureshi .

even production like big bang has signed him in show like mpht much later .

so he is signing all the big project coming his way
