It seems Rajat genuinely don't like Vivian but as Vivian don't fight back he can do nothing.

Karan also has problem with Vivian being ladla.. similar issue

Rajat feels like Vivian has more privilege than the rest .On the other hand Vivian is not getting proper feedback to improve his game play.

Rajat Doesn't have problem with that. Rajat started having problem with vivian when vivian pointed out where Rajat is wrong.

Rajat hates anyone who tells he's wrong, he has no akal things like that.

He has problem with karan and even shilpa for same reason. He even back talked about digvijay when he pointed out rajat was wrong to swear.

He just can't take criticism.

Vivian sometimes praises him so he gets mild after that then starts again when he criticises again.
