No, you're not getting my point ....Leena is using BULLSHIT excuses to deem any shaadi valid/invalid as per her inconvenience. I very well know what a Gandharva vivah is.....for Leena to try and push that as a valid thing in the friggin 21st century is BEYOND LAUGHABLE so please don't play into her hands by rationalizing this

And there is no evidence that Srishti did a sindoor/saptapadi waali shaadi with BBG either....I didn't see her with sindoor in the FB....she was only wearing a garland in the FB....so there is no proof so far that this shaadi was anything other than a secret garland exchange between Srishti-BBG.....this is why Sristhi was able to disavow it so easily and she will still continue to do that

Srishti and Vinayak probably have a legally registered marriage and Srishti will do her best to prove that as valid so that Arshi is the only one considered legitimate.

Basically ghandharva vivaah ....is no marriage just live in partners. We cannot compare a full fledged ritualistic wedding in old times with this ghandharva vivaah. It's not valid .....atleast not legally.

Haan...I know..gandharv vivah is basically living with your preferred partner with consent...but my point was relevant for mandir ki shadi, not exactly for gandharv vivah...if BBG Srishti marriage is still shown to be gandharv vivah then obviously it will not have legal backing...

She can wear Shakha Pola for her own cheap thrills but if there is no witness to such a shaadi, then it's a live-in only as Nina just said

Runak ki mandir waali shaadi happened in front of many witnesses, that is what also gave it validity. It was not a random Gandharva Vivah which basically happens in secret without any witnesses.

Leena can keep touting whatever she wants to but hum toh uske muh pe hi hasenge that she thinks anyone will buy her gandharva vivah excuses in the 21st century
