And regarding Ak, rather then helping Ruhi to recover from her anxiety and trauma, Goenka family tried to cover it with too much coddling.

Trauma will be part of the person for prolonged period unless the trauma is addressed either by a professional in the field of psychology or psychiatry. The person need to be desensitized to the situation/person which triggers the trauma. It is not as easy as some mention.

Yess 💯.

Some people could move forward but for some it takes a lot of outside help even professional to come out of a traumatic situation.

Ruhi couldn't move forward from AK accident because rather then getting her real help, Goenka started coddling her and accepting her demands, some of which were unreasonable as well. This approach backfired on both Ruhi and Goenka family tbh.
