Actually it is a perfect time for Abhir's entry, cause obviously this whole bachha donation drive will impact Abhira and Ruhi's relationships with their husbands.

Yeah. Abhir's dream was a happy family with Abhira and ManRa. Plus him and Ruhi ended up on a bitter note

So, him being all pro Ruhi would not make sense

My kp is, at the time of accident manyu's mother arrived and took Abhir with her and told him both of his parents died. For last 24 years he was living with his grandmother somewhere far away and now he got to know truth from his grandmother told before dieing.

He also hated Goenkas hence never visited them.

Also that's why he planned fake abhir too, so that he can trouble them.
