Because there's trust. He's truly been for her through tough times. Yes, the way it was presented and BB added a first line which Kanwar never said it. And she was upset about that. But at the end, she knows him.

I hate editing, but she I recorded her learning pick up lines for Kanwar in Panjabi from baggaji. And then they went off on tangent of how he is Punjabi and his dad is known actor in Panjabi.

We've known her for 4 years, but she's never revealed it anywhere about her past. Through some sleuthing, few of us guessed that her dad is no more, but had no clue he committed suicide and nothing on her mom. Per her old IG posts, she's written some beautiful poems for her mom too. She's posted stories supporting healthy families and couples forgetting children in their fights and all, so thought it would have been hard. But never knew gory details of being beaten beaten up, how the stepdad treated and all.

Her "melancholic nature" comes from that past. She can fight, but these are her instincts, and it's very hard for that. And Kanwar has been with her and supported her through out. His family too. Maybe few words were said in clarification, but it doesn't negate all his actions.
