Maybe you didn't see the episode properly, but Chum, Kashish, Shrutika, Sara, and Shilpa all saw it.

And if live feed is to go by, they all cleaned but couldn't be cleaned and we're like WTF and how's she using it. But to not call her out, they had an all girls meeting.

Mai ny twitter py clip dekha. BB purposely showed Chahat going to WA while everyone was singing the anthem. And after that Shrutika came and talked about this & Chahat acted innocent. BB exposed her completely otherwise they wouldn’t have showed her going to WA.
