Are they trying to justify ruhi anger i thought it was the opposite

He is the baby’s father and right now the mother is in coma. While this is all drama, he does have rights too. What if she never comes out of coma? Obviously he would see the child raised right in front of him, and he took an emotional decision right then and there. But, it does seem like Abhira does find out that the baby is not hers.

A mother has more rights on the child than father. Even law considers it.

Secondly the baby could have been brought up in front of Rohit's eyes without changing it's very identity of being ruhi's baby. Abhimaan could have raised the kid while keeping the truth that it's ruhi's child. Changing it's very identity is injustice to both ruhi and baby.

Even when someone dies , it's written that they are 'survived by their kids'. Completely altering the mother's name , erasing her existence as a mother , preventing her baby from being called her own is so inhumane.

What Rohit has done is not sane, not legal and not even ethical.

He betrayed both the child and his mother.

If child was 2 or 3 or 5 and then Ruhi gets into an accident and something like this happens again would he again give this child to another family member or random stranger???
