Waise shahnawaz manipulating rafey (or urooj somehow tricking mehru and shahnawaz in a compromising position) and making him back out at the last minute which ends up cornering mehru and getting married to her is a good idea. Because even if mehru is attracted towards him, I doubt she will agree to marry him under normal circumstances. She has to end up being madly in love with him.for them to have a proper marriage and I don't see that coming

exactly I thought.i'm sure he will do everything he can to have mehru .if his mother know about his love she try to separate mehru from shahnawaz in every way so he definitely manipulate her by lying to her that he was just trapping mehru so they can free zain and ofcourse he will do everything he can so rafey and mehru marriage broke he can use urooj . ofcourse he will never taint his or mehru image so the last option is rafey and urooj.
