You've been doing stories about weddings and babies for generations now, and many have lost count of how many times you’ve shown a baby birth storyline. Yet, it seems you still don’t realize that a newborn can’t fully open their eyes, and the baby’s size—especially the head—would be much smaller. I’m not even getting into Abhira or anyone accepting this child as Abhira's without noticing the difference between a premature and a full-term baby. Also, that baby isn’t even in an incubator

Since last 10-15 years shooting with child less then 3-4 months in banned because few young children eyes were affected.

Ab has to hold baby and both should be in one frame. Baby is also needed for upcoming days so they needed more then temporary solution.

Ps: My post has nothing to do with what Rohit is doing and I strongly oppose hiding the truth from Abhira about baby and giving baby to Abhira and want to smack the head of both Poddar brothers...

If it is a full term healthy baby it doesn't need an incubator - it goes directly to the nursery. They anticipated Ab's baby to need one, but since he died, they took that incubator away. For once I am surprised that they have shown the entire sequence quite realistically (newborns can open their eyes quite well even in the day they're born - mine toh even showed her dimples on her first day)
