BB said to him 2495. The answer he gave was 49 ka square + 94. Here is how. The closest to this is 2500 which is square of 50. But since it's less it can be square of 49 which is 50-1. Applying a-b = a² - 2ab + b². Which makes it 2500 - 2x50x1 + 1 which is 2501-100 + 94 which will be 2501-6 which is 2495.

Complicated lag raha but This can only happen by practice. He must have done many times such calculations . I do it in front of kids and they are like itna fast kaise and my answer is practice.
