I think Vivian is reinstated because the game wasn't a tie. Team B win jaise bhi and then made internal errors of property damage or whatever that stick is. Agar sahi me tie hota to samajh me aata. But yaha to jeetne ke baad galti kiya . So as a punishment he made his laadla Time god.
