Nahi toh uske behosh hone ke chances zyada hain & if armaan takes ruhi to hospital & doctor says maa aur bacche mein se ek ko hi bacha sakte hain then armaan being armaan will prefer ruhi over baby.

And then ruhi will blame armaan as her bacche ka kaatil

Any decent human being in Abhira s position would have asked her husband to take her of his brother, sister in law and their kid. That's basic humanity.

It's upto Armaan to realise that he isn't a doctor and so cannot not do much besides giving moral support.

Just because aap kisi pregnant lady k liye pareshan ho and usko help karna chahte ho toh iske matlab nhi hei ki voh mahan hei tag vale people are really mad.

Promise or not, basically Armaan had to go out with Rohit to search for Ruhi, like any decent person and brother. Abhira was safe inside the house, and had a doctor nearby when Armaan went. Nothing wrong with any of that. After hearing about the accident, Abhira and all others rushed out (probably to the hospital), so Abhira's health may get worse in between, causing her to lose the child.

She might go for premature delivery same like her mom akshara geoanka and baby might get saved.

Just saw comments on twitter about how Abhira should be "blamed" if she has a miscarriage cause she took off her BP machine and went with other family members after hearing that Ruhi had an accident

Saying what I understood, Vidya got a call from Ro ki Ru got into accident that's it so Ro is safe as for now but his chuyi muyi self has high chance of getting behosh at important times.

Family is just panicked & worried. And Ab ka promise wala dialogue bhi nahi aaya.
