The Sens adopted Meghla for curing their mental attention seeking puppy, and yet their attention seeking puppy is insecure of her.

All these will make Meghla, Ranbir's paternal cousin actually ... unless they show in a twist of fate that Buaji or Ranbir is not biologically a Bajwa
