Frankly, I have no problem with Ani flipping in the future if they give enough justification and create situations in advance...

For me, the Mumbai track had enough justification, and frankly, I was expecting it to happen when I was watching from the beginning.

But now, his flip is not at all justified, given the way the story is upto this point... Especially when he believed Jhanak is dead... And the way they're flipping him every other epi as per the new precap....Kuch toh gadbad zaroor he...

Dekhte he....

The last flip was unnecessary...that doesn't go with the character atp...Leena just wants to portray men in bad light in general...nothing else...also it gathered some SM buzz as we, fans were discussing about it whole day..

Haan...jab bhi Ani ka character butcher karne ki koshish karegi Leena, we despo fans will jump in protest! As we did post aag track! Only this way Leena can be tamed! Thsts what I'm saying kuch chindi hi hoga yeh baby trap. Lol aaj tak anishit ka hua kya hai is show main. Aaj tak sirji jhanak ki engagement ring pehenkar ghum rahe hain lol. So beggars can't be choosers .....as long as Leena is staying away from anishit we have to accept everything regarding runak and that includes EMA too . Waise bhi baby trap or no baby trap bhagna to jhanak ke pass hi hai as didi had already given the warning toh yeh societal expectations runak se Lagaye rakhne ka koi fayda nahi hai . Or real baby bhi runak ka hi hoga .....rahi baat chastity ki toh behen jab anishit ki engagement tak nahi hui is show main how can they show anything like that happening with bhola Ani. Woh fake hi hona hai He only needs jhanak to calm him down

Correct. We want to see re-marriage of Runak, them living as hubby-wifey, eating together, sleeping together, romancing together, going out, facing their family together and having a baby together. But no..... we will not get this in this doomed show. Instead Anshit eating together, thankfully fighting against each other, sleeping together and ultimately both won't leave each other in spite of packing the green suitcase umpteen number of times.

I can completely understand your pov for Aag track.... But from what I saw, before the police station scene, there was a scene with Appu, where she was begging him to help Jhanak, and he got emotional and THEN went and said ki even if jhanak is the culprit she needs to be punished.

In all this, I felt he was neutral AND helpless, and what he was pushing through desperately was his commitment for Arshi's justice and cares for noone else. Not even Jhanak at that point because a terrible crime has occurred... Like if in Arshi's place, appu di or chhoton were there and jhanak was blamed he would've reacted the same... Taking responsibility towards his family...

I feel he was duty bound to protect Arshi and being NEUTRAL towards Jhanak because if it was a stranger instead of Jhanak he would've been the same and at that point Jhanak forcefully made herself a stranger to him and forced him to accept that there's nothing left between us... Not even good will...

She never suported him while he tried to show good will, but he still pushed through because of his wish to see her settled and respected, but during that time, he was broken by her words and forced himself to accept that she's a stranger, hence, his actions....

But now, I can't imagine how they'll EVER BE ABLE TO JUSTIFY HIM if he's not spouting all this with some specific reason...

All this said and done I can also believe what you're saying is true and if really Leena resorts to character Assassination for every new track, I'll not be able to take it anymore and have to leave the show.

Hence my last desperate hope and justification for his actions till now... And that his current actions doesn't fit the bill because of the suddenness and lack of explanation on writer's part....

I have no idea of the full discussion here, as I was following the notification from Sowmya.

And I had said it before too.... There is no point in discussing the stone age things of Aniruddh did this, he should have done this, that..

Because its all done and dusted.

And all these episodes were discussed with intense when it was aired.

So its very boring to write same stuffs again and again, When the breaking news is Shristi is Jhanak's maa.. 👏👏👏👏

Regarding aag series this is my part :

May be ....its left open for viewers ...some can believe he did trust her and other can think opposite.

In the bedroom monologue after she left , he had a part saying its so wrong to even think that Jhanak can do something like this...

Also last when Shristi was exposed they added agar ..... In his monologue

And with Bodomaa he said she could have trusted me and waited ....

The makers have also shown his anxiety , nervousness , etc when he knew police took her and that trio conversation muted at the police station is not exposed till now.

Until and unless they show it crystal clear viewers can think as per their assumption and interpretation..

I would love to believe he did trust her , but he was tied up due to Arshi aag and hospital drama

But some believe he didnt trust her ....

I may be wrong and others may be right , but until the makers show it to us it can vary with viewers decoding it.

And also Jhanak didn't try to understand his position. Why was she not thinking may be he is in a bad state due to family press as Arshi was serious.!!!

That is what makers have done and they can also anytime twist his character by disclosing the muted conversation if they need to show leads together....but since they are getting the desired trp with this seperation track....less expectations on them being together...

Back to modern age :

From mein tumse pyar nahi karti to mein kamzor pad jaunga , I can feel him. He is not faking it. He is being honest here. He is depressed, lonely, in a state of not wanting to live. I can understand his emotions so well. But his words had to be more clear.

Arshi, can u help me as a friend, I am losing it, I am feeling lonely .. That would have been more apt.

But the makers here also played it well... They can change the track and viewers can decode it either as friend or he being selfish and using her, same as his words...

Why Arshi ??? He has maa. She may be ignorant, but still she is his maa, go to her, tell her, I am broken, I need your support, warmth and affection as a maa..she is maa after alll ( this would hav ebeen a good redemption for Tanuja and writer could show us the maa - beta relation)

Ok forget Tanuja, he has Bodomaa, Choton , why not reach out to them. They know his pain and love for Jhanak, they have seen him broken too..

Why why Arshi???

This will continue whenever female lead or parallel needs to be uplifted Anirudh will be used in a bad way...
