as far as I remember, again the way he spoke to her pissed her off. He never ever talks to her politely when he expects please from her even for basic food. She is a huge drama queen but vivian is a douche at times as well to her. The hygiene issues were never discussed with her directly as well. Bol diya hota to be careful I think, though she should have that common sense too.

meine wo episodes dekhi hi nahi to i have no clue inki kya history hai. but i do know he can be very condescending when he asks people to do stuff so i wouldn't be surprised about that
