Lol I watched that whole scene again. This sudden flip looks very weird...... I think maybe I'm wrong but I think Ani ne j ko pehchan liya hai. That's the only thing that makes sense for such a random flip. His whole mind was to calm arshi down and let her believe ki he didn't even loved jhanak .....he was even agreeing to everything she was saying. I think he don't want anyone else to know that nutan is jhanak ........maybe I'm on totally different tangent but scene dekh kar toh aisa hi lag raha tha

Sorry...I can't keep such high hopes from Leena...the Anishit convo was obviously out of place! Like she could atleast waited for some more episodes before showing this! clearly, she's again targetting SM buzz ..
