Please see what I’m saying instead of jumping to conclusions. That his condition CAN be communicated. Instead the build up to its reveal is stretched beyond anything. There is dramatization of it even beyond that where Sadaf is NOT telling her friends or Bilal about it either. Everyone has talked about this track being stretched to the ends of the earth, but sure a single word from my end is triggering for you. If you had said this politely instead of attacking me and in turn making insensitive conclusions about ME as a person, it would be fine. But this is completely out of line. It’s ironic to attack someone for being insensitive while also doing the same exact thing, when you know nothing about them.

Have sadaf and billu meet in first episode... Have him make her an offer in a drunken state (not knowing she is mirza sahabs daughter) and her slapping him or something....

Then mirza sahabs death.. After that sadaf goes to him with the offer (and hating him) ... And billu instead asks her to marry him in exchange for money out of guilt or shame that he propositioned mirza sahabs daughter... And we have them falling in love AFTER the marriage

That's it... Just a little tweak and the story makes some semblance of sense...

So we know the offer was to propel the growth in Bilal’s character. But the funny thing is that Sadaf deliberately AVOIDING him and wanting nothing to do with him at work would have achieved the same thing. It would have equally shamed him into trying to quit his old ways.

But of course, krq wanted the girl to sell herself to him to make this happen 🤢 Literally so many options and scenarios and he picked THIS.

Heroine selling herself to the hero in their first meeting is no small thing imo. It cheapens the characters.

You’re right about maybe taking a break from the show. Most have been tolerating for Wahaj and forgiving the slow pace, dialogues and story.

The synopsis of the show talks a lot about sacrifices and love being shown even if not being together . I wonder if the story would be like Kal Ho naa ho where SRK sacrificed his love and got Saif-Preity together. For some reason Bilal would feel he is undeserving or unworthy and work with Humsha to get Ammar-Sadaf together. That's where the dialogue of mohabbat being wrong and Shaadi being right comes in. That also explains his presence in their wedding.

Initially when the teasers came, I also thought of KHNH. I thought Bilal finds out he has liver cirosis (?) because of the drinking. So he lets Sadaf go but in a way that Sadaf thinks she is the one breaking it off (maybe he pretends he doesn't love her or lets her think he is interested in Humsha) and then tries to bring Sadaf and Amaar together. But Sadaf finds out and comes backto BA and tells him that she loves him and would rather be with him even if it is for just a little while.
