Is it really this deep? He doesn't get along with Shrutika/Shehzada/Chahat for sure and the condescending way he spoke to them is totally uncalled for but his inability to connect with diverse professional backgrounds and being a classist is a bit of reach.
The villainization of Vivian (and even KV and Avinash) is pretty hilarious to me especially when you consider that what each of them have done so far has been VERY tame compared to previous seasons and contestants. I saw some posts on reddit comparing Avinash to Swami Om/Jagga....I mean, no point in continuing further.

And they have been using that to come up with theories, stupid theories. Shows you how well he has played so far that haters have to find these small small things
