finally I found someone whom with I agree many people calling mehru stupid because she started to trusting shahnawaz on some point can't they see how much stressed she is going through every one who belongs from her life stressing her out with their behaviour or problem how much she take she needs space in her life where she can breathe freely,feel secure and protected that securance shahnawaz giving her so if see got feeling attracted or something special it will be very much natural.there are people calling illogical that mehru started to fell something for shahnawaz after he threatened her or he is her brother's murderer brother, when you need someone's help depressedly and some one come and stand by your side eventually it will built trust for that person .Originally posted by: Anmol_Zey
Mehru despite everything is standing firm on her take that she won't take help from Shahnawaz but he is providing her the security and warmth which was missing in her life and I can't blame mehru for feeling something for Shahnawaz
I am happy we got our dose of Mehru roasting Shahnawaz in this ep. I think from today's ep, she'll stop doing so.
The last scene. Shahnawaz attitude was spot on. But how did he know the patient was Mehru's mom? She didn't say it in that scene.

Well I don't think he can be that type of stalker-ish plus it seems he was just passing by and anyway they'll definitely show us what was the reason for Shahnawaz being there in today's episode
