Yesss...that is almost a separate vibe. Did you notice her walk? - it is borderline sultry and dramatic. She is poised, prim and proper around Bilal, but all her body movements are dramatic when she interacts with Ammar.
Well, her and Ammar's scenes are literally something - not to mention the background music. It is difficult to pinpoint - but she does have some sort of command over Ammar and his thought process (can just a college senior have that? not sure!)

I think they’re hinting that whatever he has is more complex and maybe he requires some drug that isn’t universally administered. It’s possible. I don’t know how much research they have done because they are talking about leukemia in terms of stages and prognosis is determined in terms of risk category. It’s blood cancer so it’s already everywhere in your body as opposed to a tumour based cancer that is categorized in stages based on level of spread. Maybe they used the term stage because that’s how most people are more familiar with this term when it comes to cancer. They said it was in its third stage but more than the stage level, I would assume it’s a rare genetic mutation that requires special treatment not available in the country.If I am not wrong most people from Pakistan who cannot afford medical charges abroad comes to India for treatment. Medical visa is given to them and it never stops no matter what's the equation between the countries are. Indian medical charges are very less compared to western countries and they do it well for people from outside. It's the matter of reputation on international stage. Like I said the maximum they might need is 1cr. This 7-8 crore seems to be far fetched just to make the fl as desperate and helpless as possible.

Even with Bilal her real self almost slipped out in the office scene. Remember ‘ ji sar bohat khoobsurat hai’ dialogue.
What is with needing 7-8 crores for surgeries? It will at max take some lakhs. I have seen Katha ankahi at the start and it also spoke about 1-2 crore and I was rolling my eyes then as well. Are they planning to take the kid to the US or something? Just a simply Google can tell the amount they need. Even in India the over all cost will be some 25-30lakhs and if we roughly covert it into pkr it will be at max 90 lakhs to 1cr. What are they planning to do with the rest of 6-7cr? Bribe the doctors to do the surgery?
In Katha Ankahee at least they tried explaining 1crore
That was an unusual case and only few doctors could treat it
Much of the expense was getting that doctor from US
Also the FL had tried every way to get the money , begging, loan,she even thought of suicide and showing that as accident to get money for her child's treatment after her death

If Sadaf marries Ammar instead of Bilal, then it would be a twist that I wasn't expecting. Though in teasers they were all dancing, which indicates Ammar & Sadaf wedding.

There is definitely more to it. The storyline is hella intriguing but dragged scenes and no screenspace of the lead pair together are making it boring.

Questions that I want answers: Will Sadaf fall for Ammar? Is Sadaf Ammar wedding going to happen? Or will Ammar backtrack and Sadaf marry Bilal at the last moment? If Ammar Sadaf marriage happens, then what situation would force Ammar to give divorce to Sadaf?
