Rohit literally got Ar's cabin and important cases by Kv herself and got firm under his name too.

And everyone knows how much she values Ar, it's only because he and his wife are good for firm.

Rohit got everything but first ran away then due to his incompetency is in this condition.

Still he goes to firm, sits in Ar's office and no one says anything to him. He is still ghar laadla.
