Nobody that ever stood up for Kajal from that family is now standing up Charu. Idk if this is progress or I should feel sorry for Kajal that she’s been made to be so submissive, meek and mute bc none of them had the guts to stop Sanjay. Instead he was glorified and put on a pedestal by them as jaamisa / bhaisa, etc.

In terms of the family, this is probably one of the only times this gen got it right. It was lowkey funny to see Vidya and Rohit make shocked faces at Armaan being called sautela, and the group nariyal phoding scene was very corny, but overall it is probably one of only subplots that is going relatively well (by itv standards).
