For me, harassment definitely involves an element of physicality and that was clearly present during the cooking fiasco. I know Dalal is unparh gawaar but I expected better from him.

ok imo the bartan fiasco was not such a big deal as they all made it out to be..it would have fizzled had arfeen not reacted and made a big mountain out of it...
and I dont think 10 ppl had attacked chahat..it was mainly chum,chahat and sara...rest were bypassers
