I don't think any child will be involved. It could be something random like him helping some orphaned kids. Sadaf will see his good side but then he messes up again and she goes back to doubting him.

Then it would mean Humsha is completely negative if she ends up using Bilal for her own advantage very well knowing he wasn't in his senses..I don't think Humsha would be shown so wrong and negative.

Humsha secretly likes him but has successfully hidden her feelings so far and is maintaining boundaries between them. Also in the next episode she assures Sadaf that Bilal is a good guy.

I dont understand in which world is this "too much make up" although she is a pretty woman and that face card would look good in anything
