. Not saying avinash is betterI just checked it, Avinash wanted to use the word Khara. Its used in a context of passing the test. Like Khara utarna. Means passing the test.
But he used the word Khada by mistake which means standing. The classic gutter mouth swine that Nalla is passed disgusting comment. Aise khada nahi hota. It's a slang for erectile dysfunction or basically calling him impotent/Namard. 
Avinash maybe didn't notice it or did and passed a befitting reply. Aapke kitne bachche hai? Didn't hear nalla say anything after it.
I am sure there is some problem with Nalla there that's why he is so obsessed with that word.
