I found Abhira really annoying today. It’s like she doesn’t take into consideration Armaan’s fears at all. It’s only about her and the baby, that’s it. Why is she getting annoyed at him when she knows that there is a chance that his fears are justified?

Honestly, this just looks like she doesn’t care about his fear for her life and his feelings. It sounds like she feels that Armaan is the villain in the situation trying to separate her from her baby even though she knows about why he is wants to terminate the pregnancy .

The hospital needs to suspend or fired that nurse. What nurse calls house phone don't ask by name who the want to talk or who they're speaking with and just start giving personal information Gosh she's not calling someone personal cellphone but a landline and just starting giving personal information

I am hoping that it turns out that Ru was never pregnant in the first place. That would be much better than her having a miscarriage.
