I feel editing of show is that we feel Vivian and Karan are fighting or have some issue. But during last episode i felt like their friendship/ relationship is like some kind of tashan but not like they are in enemy zone

But yes vivian should have stopped avinash when he was speaking nonsense. There he went wrong. He is not perfect and I won't justify his wrongs. But jaha wo sahi hai wo sahi hai. Both vivian and chahat dislike each other
