My theory is that it is probably professional. Because he has been insecure since day 1 so it cant be personal unless they had a fall out which isn’t likely because Vivian seems okay with him.
KV was in Pavitra Rishta at the same time VD was doing MB so maybe some professional rivalry / jealousy
. Vivian was famous for his roles as Abhay which made him extremely popular among the audience especially the youth(The breakthrough character of his career). Girls used to go gaga over him like Arnav Singh Raizada . In Shakti show, his pairing with Rubina dilaik was massively hit and gained huge fan following as Harman apart from Rishab Kundra that done wonders to his career and took his popularity to the next level.Karan was a flop as an actor despite being an okayish one.JEALOUSY TOH HOGI HI NA.His face exudes hatred for Vivian.
