But Kv is pretty experienced actor and has longer body of work than Vivian. Also, he just won kkk. So why he is so insecure from Vivian. Would he behave the same, if Vivian would not have been laadla of bb.

My theory is that it is probably professional. Because he has been insecure since day 1 so it cant be personal unless they had a fall out which isn’t likely because Vivian seems okay with him.

KV was in Pavitra Rishta at the same time VD was doing MB so maybe some professional rivalry / jealousy

Ankita, SSR, Ritvik and Asha attained fame through this show and still people can easily identify them after 10 years when the show is not on air. This nibble papa also did the 3rd generation of Pavitra Rishta and nobody knows him yet.
