VD sees a fragment of himself in Avi.. I think Vivian thinks that an alliance with Avi will take him further.. At some point Vivian will skip Avi or win from him and he opposite to KV.

I don't think he is really in group Avi.. Just for the time being.. He needs to survive and that he can do with food..

If Avi is in charge of food milk etc. What power can others hold over Avi? He has water from bathroom.. I could only think of heating water or milk up or cooked food.. Housemates could deny that.. Like they tried last time.. But hunger made them want to cook..
