I did not like he apologized to that fraud mind reader. That was unnecessary. He has spoken enough shot about Avinash. Kya zaroorat thi usse maafi mange gi. He may be a learned person for xyz but not for me.

I think that apology to arfeen was also because he kinda emotionally blackmailed Alice and eisha in the bedroom saying I can't be friends with you if you support him like that. And that made eisha and Alice go and talk to Avinash.
