Arre aapne padha nahi - someone on ista actally tagged Sam and told her not to use the tag of Abhira on Insta as it has 700 million followers & apparenty that tag was created by the fans & not DKP, so they have the copyright & they can sue.

Also yeh logon ne starting pe nariyal paani pe copyright lagaya tha, that Sam ne bhi IV main nariyal paani piya tha, like apparently Pranali used to do, so you can get the level of deluluness

I think no. The songs are by channel. Because i have seen some songs are played in different shows.

Like songs made for tu ashiqui is played in bepannah. This was played when aditya was hearing radio jockey.

Since these songs belongs to Manish's family so Manish will decide to whom they should give those songs.

This is like South ke fans accusing AR Rahman for using the same music that he does for Tamil songs for a Hindi film - yeh matlab alag level ka logic hai. How can someone copy their own creation. IT is called reuse, not copy

Also yes, as far as I know - copyright is either with the channel or the PH - dono hi case main they can reuse, the same way how Ghum is reusing YHM ki script to make their show
