But Armaan ko already itna shaq ho gaya hai plus if he gets to know that she's pregnant then it'll be really stupid if he doesn't connect the dots that this was what she was hiding from him. And Abhira will have to give a really good reason if she doesn't want to disclose the complications.

Dekh mind toh read kar raha hai and he in understanding that she is hiding something. But to reach to the correct conclusion, he doesn't have that understanding, coz he is the same guy who couldn't connect KV saying naya mehman when she wanted to know if Ab was preggers
