@bold: No, I think Arshi was trying to say that Ani loved her first and then Jhanak came in between and distracted him from Arshi. This seems to be the root cause of Didi's grand delusion even though she's known since a while that Ani loves Jhanak....but she is hanging on to justify herself by claiming that Ani loved her first and would still love her if Jhanak wasn't there.

Ani in response simply clarified that he loves Jhanak, not Arshi. He still didn't make any statement about whether he EVER loved Arshi....that is open ended still for Didi to keep on with her delusions....lol or maybe in the future, Ani will clarify that also in some outburst....aaj ke liye bas itna hi dose diya Didi ko.

Also, neither Ani nor Jhanak ever clarify that Jhanak didn't come between Anishi....lol so that still keeps giving Didi the opening to paint Jhanak as a cause for breaking up Anishi rather than Ani clearly explaining why he is fundamentally incompatible with Arshi regardless of Jhanak being there.

my point was does the dialogue have some foreshadowing hue? I always felt a stage would come where Jhanak may lose her inhibitions but Ani won’t be able to reciprocate due to some issue… I will explain reasons for my hunch but will need a longer post to explain my perspective

Ani is no longer jealous of AK and is fully accepting his role in Jhanak's life as a concerned well-wisher.

But yes, it's clear that Ani and AK will clash again whenever AK tries to comment on Runak ke aapas ke issues or tries to put down Ani to defend Jhanak. Yehi long term role lagta hai AK ka....he's talking like he's the one giving Ani a chance to do right by Jhanak again warna AK will again make a play for her in some form or the other

And Jhanak Rani ki baaton pe waise bhi bharosa nahin karna chahiye....jab bhi uska mood badlega, bol bhi sakti hai I no longer love Sirji and AK se shaadi karne ka bhi soch sakti hai

Exactly. Ani has always been held responsible for the crap his family does toh Jhanak phir se wohi karegi and will hold Ani responsible for "meri itni beizzati hui, aap bhi apni family jaise hain blah blah"

This is why they are giving Ani big big dialogues right now about how he will restore Jhanak ka honor and get her the izzat she deserves....matlab he will try a lot to do that for her in the house but uski zehreeli family ke aage prevail nahin ho paayega and Jhanak na toh uska saath degi in this fight and baad mein blame bhi Ani ko hi karegi ki aapne meri beizzati ki toh main chali phir se apne sacche dost ke paas lalalalala

Yes, quite possible. The more vocal Ani gets about his love for Jhanak and openly starts trying to get her acceptance as his wife, the higher the chances that Didi will try to pull tricks of this sort.

It was a Hindi remake of Leena's show and produced by Gul Khan.

On Janmashtami, Malini Didi drugged Adi, put on Imlie's sari and went to his room and basically raped him when he was semi-conscious. Then she got pregnant from that incident and played bechari ki ab bacche ki zimmedaari kaun lega and coerced Imlie and Adi into taking her to their house. She used the baby as a weapon to emotionally blackmail Adi for sympathy by pretending like she was also drugged during that incident and then later on she framed Imlie for supposedly trying to murder her and the baby.
